Brazilian supply, with proof of origin.

Cocoa, açaí, black pepper, coffee and other Brazilian agricultural and Amazonian products, with producer diagnosis, lot traceability and certification readiness. No introduction before a signed non-disclosure and non-circumvention agreement.

You buy the product and its proof.

Brazilian agricultural and forest products are in demand abroad, but an international buyer also buys proof: where the product came from, how it was produced, whether it meets the sanitary rules of the destination and whether its origin is free of deforestation. Without that proof, an offer does not get past the first conversation.

On the supply side, the questions are different. Do volume and quality support an export contract from harvest to harvest? Is the property in good standing? Which documents does the destination require? Who handles the shipment? Answering them before the first offer saves time, money and reputation, for the seller and for the buyer.

Manhattan organizes this path. We diagnose the product and the property, set up traceability, prepare for certification, search for counterparts and intermediate the negotiation. Every introduction comes after an initial profile and a signed non-disclosure and non-circumvention agreement. The parties are the seller and the buyer. Manhattan is not a certification body, a laboratory or a carbon-credit manager, and environmental studies stay with licensed partners.

Examples, not a catalog.

These are examples of what international buyers look for in Brazil. Each product goes through a documentation and market diagnosis before any offer, and supply depends on the harvest, the volume and the requirements of the destination.

From the producer to your market.

  • Search for suppliers

From your specification and volume, we look for producers, cooperatives and agro-industries in Brazil and verify each of them before any introduction: existence, activity and commercial references.

  • Agro-export diagnosis

Before the first offer, the seller's product, volume and documents are compared, point by point, with what each destination market requires, from certificates and analyses to labels and packaging.

  • Property diagnosis

Land use, production, environmental situation and documents of the property, reviewed with a field visit and turned into a plan of what to address first. Studies that must be signed by a qualified professional, such as georeferencing and environmental surveys, stay with licensed partners.

  • Traceability

Each lot linked to its area of origin and to every step until the sale, from field and processing to warehouse and transport, with records ready when the buyer asks.

  • Certification readiness

Practices and records organized against the standard the buyer requires, such as organic production, good agricultural practices, fair trade or sustainability. The certificate is issued by the certification body.

  • Export documentation

The sales contract and the destination's requirements merged into a single list of documents, checked before shipment. Customs clearance, freight, insurance and foreign exchange stay with licensed partners, coordinated by our team.

  • Forest and restoration

Planting, agroforestry systems and recovery of degraded areas with licensed partners, for producers and for companies with environmental commitments in their supply chain.

No introduction before the agreement.

  1. Profile

The buyer or the producer states the product, the specification, the volume, the frequency and the market of interest. Before accepting, we check for conflicts with other work.

  2. Diagnosis

Product, documents and property are assessed before any offer.

  3. Confidentiality

The parties sign the non-disclosure and non-circumvention agreement before any introduction.

  4. Operation

Customs clearance, freight and foreign exchange proceed with licensed partners, and Manhattan follows each document through to the buyer.

When will I be introduced to producers?

Only after your profile is complete and the non-disclosure and non-circumvention agreement is signed. Before that, no party is introduced, on either side.

Does Manhattan buy or sell the product?

No. The parties are the seller and the buyer. Manhattan diagnoses, organizes and intermediates the negotiation; the price, the decision to sell and the contract belong to the parties.

How is origin proven under deforestation rules?

Rules in some markets, such as the European Union's rules for products linked to deforestation, ask for proof of origin by area. Geolocation of each area and lot records form that proof. Traceability alone does not settle the question: the environmental situation of each area is assessed in the property diagnosis, with studies by licensed partners when needed.

Does Manhattan issue certificates, laboratory reports or carbon credits?

No. Certificates are issued by certification bodies, analyses by accredited laboratories and carbon credits by qualified institutions. Manhattan prepares the property and the documentation.

When can shipments begin?

It depends on the product, the harvest, the documentation of the property and the requirements of the destination. The diagnosis shows what is missing and in what order to address it. Manhattan does not promise a sale, a shipment date or a certification.
